We, the Association of the Mongolian Intellectual Property Agents, non-governmental and non- for-profit organization, reconciled with the main purpose to bring the IP at the new stage of development, encourage innovators and respect authors’ value and their creative expression.

We are aiming to unite its members and educate them in observing laws, regulations and national policies in devoting to the patent and trademark profession and strictly following the professional ethics and its discipline, to protect the intellectual property by exchanging and sharing our experiences in this field, formulate training plans and summarize working experiences among IP agents and attorneys.

We are undertaking various management functions of the profession by carrying and organizing our activities not only among the members but also publicly by developing and managing the Association to be responsible for daily activity and provide services to its members.
