To protect members interest and rights
To advertise the IP related law actively among public
To maintain and improve the self-discipline of the profession
To study IP related laws and regulations and collect recommendations for the development of IP profession and submit to the IP Office of Mongolia
To organize various IP-related seminars, workshops, round table meetings and conference
To discuss proposals for IP related laws amendments and its regulations and submit to IP Office of Mongolia as a recommendation
To exchange and cooperate with other professional organizations in other countries and participate in the international conferences and meetings
To conduct relevant services such as consultation and evaluation
